Role Summary
We are building a next-generation educational content platform focused on delivering high-quality, engaging, and scalable learning experiences for K–12 students.
This role will lead the end-to-end content strategy, development, and production, transforming curriculum into compelling content that drives engagement, retention, and measurable learning outcomes.
This is not a traditional content role — it is about building a modern learning media engine at scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Vision
• Define and lead a comprehensive content strategy across subjects and grade levels
• Translate curriculum into engaging, student-centered formats (video, digital, interactive, short-form)
• Build and manage a content roadmap aligned with strategic priorities
2. Content Development & Production
• Oversee the full content lifecycle (concept → scripting → production → publishing)
• Ensure high standards in pedagogy, storytelling, and production quality
• Introduce innovative formats inspired by global best practices in digital learning
3. Audience Engagement & Experience
• Design content for active engagement, not passive consumption
• Optimize content for digital platforms and user behavior
• Continuously improve performance based on data and audience insights
4. Team & Ecosystem Building
• Build and manage a network of educators, creators, and production partners
• Lead cross-functional teams (content, production, creative, external vendors)
• Identify and collaborate with top-tier creators and studios
5. Performance & Analytics
• Define and track KPIs (engagement, completion rates, learning outcomes)
• Establish a data-driven content optimization cycle
• Scale high-performing formats and continuously refine underperforming ones
Candidate Profile
Must-Have
• 7–12+ years in content strategy, media production, or digital platforms
• Proven experience building or scaling content-driven products or platforms
• Strong capability in storytelling, audience engagement, and content design
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end content production
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
Preferred
• Experience in education, edtech, or curriculum-based content
• Background in digital platforms (e.g., YouTube, streaming, or learning platforms)
• Experience in large-scale or government-related initiatives
• Arabic and English proficiency
