Job Objective

Qualifications
PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Quality Management.
Role Description
- Conduct periodic comprehensive assessments of money laundering and terrorism financing risks in non-profit organizations, in coordination with relevant local authorities, in line with approved assessment methodologies and applicable international standards. Monitor and ensure their compliance with legal obligations under relevant legislation.
- Develop a digital transformation roadmap for inspection and compliance processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and responsiveness.
- Prepare plans and programs for field visits to non-profit organizations related to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing.
- Contribute to the preparation and development of the department's strategic plan and support the planning and execution of operational plans in alignment with management objectives.
- Oversee the financial supervision of non-profit organizations, including monitoring their funds, investments, and compliance with financial disclosure requirements and final accounts.
- Supervise fundraising permits and activities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and prepare related reports and recommendations.
- Implement risk-based supervision and monitoring of non-profit organizations and ensure their compliance with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing requirements.
