We are partnering with a leading regional organization to appoint a Head of Data & Intelligence—a critical leadership role driving enterprise-wide data strategy, analytics maturity, and business intelligence across multiple markets.

The Role
As Head of Data & Intelligence, you will define and lead the organization's data vision, governance, and analytics capabilities across the region. You will build and scale a high-performing team while embedding a data-driven culture across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the enterprise data & analytics strategy aligned with business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on data-driven decision making
- Lead, mentor, and scale a regional data, BI, and analytics team
Data & Analytics
- Oversee data architecture, warehousing, and governance frameworks
- Drive advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI/ML initiatives
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for commercial and operational teams
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Establish best-in-class dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Standardize KPIs and performance tracking across markets
- Improve data accessibility and self-service analytics capabilities
Transformation & Innovation
- Lead data transformation initiatives and modernize data infrastructure
- Evaluate and implement new tools, platforms, and technologies
- Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence
- Proven leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams
- Strong background in data strategy, governance, and architecture
- Experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data platforms
- Exposure to AI/ML and advanced analytics is highly preferred
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Experience in regional or multi-market environments is a plus
