(Head of Data Center and Cloud Solutions section) to work for RQEEM Company subsidiary of JABEEN Company.
To manage telecom / IT infrastructure projects and the portfolio of products/services throughout their product lifecycle. Manage product development and strategy to ensure it meets business and customer needs, and continually search for ways to improve efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, product development, and product launch
- Drive product ownership of assigned products, devising roadmaps and maintaining backlogs
- Drive and manage the product development and implementation resulting from digital maturity assessment for smart factory.
- Own the products/services strategic roadmap developed by the Business Unit Head and translate products/services strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.
- Manage the product development of the organization's products/services by leading the product management team
- Assist BU head during the launch of the products/services
- Collaborate with Sales team in order to understand the market requirements of the products/services and reflect that in their design and development.
- Collaborate with Business Operations team in order to reflect immediately on the customer complaints and timely delivery of the products/services.
- Collaborate with Strategy team in order to understand the overall organization strategy and implement that while managing any product.
- Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
- Define the budget and the operational plan for the project and product Line.
- Formulate and manage ICT projects
- Manage the design, building, testing and deployment of solutions for Telecom Network & Connectivity products, digital platform, industry 4.0, smart city solutions, and DC & Cloud products
- Lead all aspects of technical delivery including service provisioning and service delivery as per client expectations
- Work alongside technical delivery team to successfully monitor progress and implementation of Managed Services
- Ensure regular maintenance checks of the infrastructure used of different products of Telecom core and DC & Cloud Solutions
- Ensure the timely availability of resources required to execute the operations for Telecom core and DC & Cloud Solutions
- Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
- Monitoring project progress, coordinated identification & resolution of critical issues minimizing project risks and furnished periodic reports to senior management
- Managing all aspects of the project's business planning & budget including definition of scope of work, goals, objectives & financial plans.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecom Engineering / IT or equivalent field. Advanced Degree in management will be considered a plus.
- 6+ years of project management/product management experience in ICT or B2B technology industry
- PMP, BICSI, network certification or equivalent is a plus.
- fluent in the English language and able to lead projects in field-related technical matters
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Have proven track record in Project Management in big facilities like industrial plants, Large scale telecom network, City infrastructure, hospitals, airports or housing complexes.
