Job Summary:
To collect and analyze institutional and sectoral data, develop frameworks, methodologies, and guidelines for data analysis and management, and provide consultation and guidance on data management matters.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement the annual operational plan, including targets, KPIs, and budget requirements.
- Design and develop data architecture to improve analysis and reporting efficiency.
- Establish frameworks and methodologies for institutional data management.
- Oversee development of data operation and archiving standards aligned with government policies.
- Integrate emerging technologies into data management processes.
- Evaluate database changes and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Oversee data security in coordination with relevant entities.
- Conduct periodic data maturity assessments and improvement plans.
- Develop centralized databases for strategic and sectoral data.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within government or semi-government organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Must have Strategic Planning and Performance Management skills
- Must have data collection and analysis skills
- Must have a family book
