Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

To collect and analyze institutional and sectoral data, develop frameworks, methodologies, and guidelines for data analysis and management, and provide consultation and guidance on data management matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and implement the annual operational plan, including targets, KPIs, and budget requirements.
  • Design and develop data architecture to improve analysis and reporting efficiency.
  • Establish frameworks and methodologies for institutional data management.
  • Oversee development of data operation and archiving standards aligned with government policies.
  • Integrate emerging technologies into data management processes.
  • Evaluate database changes and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Oversee data security in coordination with relevant entities.
  • Conduct periodic data maturity assessments and improvement plans.
  • Develop centralized databases for strategic and sectoral data.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within government or semi-government organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Must have Strategic Planning and Performance Management skills
  • Must have data collection and analysis skills
  • Must have a family book
