Head of Delivery & Operations:
Responsibilities
- Provide the CEO with clear, consistent, high-level visibility across priorities, progress, and risks.
- Lead firm-wide operational and strategic initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution from planning through delivery.
- Design, build, and continuously optimise scalable systems, tools, and automations that support efficient, rapid growth across teams and functions.
- Own and manage relationships with external partnersincluding fund administrators, custodians, vendors, and strategic service providersoverseeing onboarding, communications, and documentation.
- Act as a force multiplier for the CEO by preparing updates, summaries, and meeting materials, driving follow-ups, and proactively reducing operational overhead through strong coordination and execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in operations, business operations, project management, Chief of Staff, or similarly coordination-heavy roles.
- Proven experience operating in fast-paced environments such as crypto, DeFi, blockchain, or high-growth technology startups.
- Exposure to fund operations, investment management, or broader financial services.
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across teams while maintaining structured, forward progress.
- Hands-on experience designing, improving, and implementing operational processes and systems.
- Clear, concise, and proactive communication skills across written and verbal formats.
- Strong passion for the crypto and DeFi ecosystem, with a solid understanding of its norms, culture, and dynamics.]
