Head of Department - Retail (Academic)

The Head of Department at B.TECH Applied Technology School will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs within their assigned department. Responsibilities include managing faculty and staff, ensuring curriculum alignment with educational standards, and leading department meetings. The role also involves mentoring and supporting teachers, promoting staff development, and fostering a collaborative and innovative educational environment. The Head of Department will work closely with the leadership team to monitor student outcomes and implement strategies for continuous improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire faculty members
• Expertise in curriculum design, instructional strategies, and educational standards
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and engagement
• Strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in performance evaluation, teacher development, and program assessment
• Advanced degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other educational technology tools
• Previous experience in an educational leadership position is highly desirable
