Head of Design Electrical Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Head of Design Electrical Engineer will lead the design and development of electrical transformers and related products. Responsibilities include managing design processes, overseeing visual and product design, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing innovative solutions. The role also involves supervising the design team to deliver high-quality and efficient outcomes for both existing and new product lines.

• Proven experience in Design Management and proficiency in supervising design and engineering processes
• Expertise in Visual Design and Product Design to create effective and innovative solutions
• Strong understanding of Branding and ability to incorporate brand identity into designs
• Knowledge of Interior Design principles and their application in product development
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide and mentor design teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with the latest technologies and tools in electrical and transformer design
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in the transformer or electrical industry is a strong advantage
