Head of Design (working on Commercial Real Estate Projects is a must)

EgyCham is hiring for one of our clients in Real Estate Industry Head of Design.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Head of Design role located in New Cairo. The Head of Design will be responsible for the overall design vision, strategy, coordination, and delivery of commercial real estate projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market requirements, regulatory standards, and execution feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture (Master's degree is a plus).
• From 8 to 10 years of experience in design management.
• Mandatory experience in commercial real estate projects.
• Previous experience within real estate development companies is a must.
• Strong knowledge of design coordination, project delivery, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in design tools and software relevant to the role.
