Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Management

• Direction: Set the technical direction and strategy for the development team, ensuring
  
  

alignment with overall business objectives.

• Team Oversight: Manage the full team lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, setting
  
  

performance goals, and conducting reviews.

• Culture: Foster a positive, productive work environment that encourages collaboration
  
  

and innovation.

• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of learning by identifying areas for
  
  

optimization and introducing new technologies or processes.

Technical Excellence & Quality Assurance

• Architecture: Leverage a deep understanding of software development methodologies,
  
  

architecture, and best practices to guide decision-making.

• Quality Control: Establish quality assurance processes, conduct code reviews, and
  
  

implement testing strategies to ensure high reliability and quality standards.

• Industry Knowledge: Maintain a strong technical background and stay up-to-date with
  
  

the latest industry trends.

Project Management & Collaboration

• Execution: Oversee project planning, resourcing, and execution to ensure timelines are
  
  

estimated accurately and resources are allocated effectively.

• Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the bridge between development and other
  
  

departments (Product, Marketing, Operations), conveying technical concepts to

non-technical stakeholders.

• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with diverse teams and
  
  

communicate effectively across organizational boundaries.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Education: A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Total Experience: Minimum of 15 years of professional experience
• Technical Experience: 8+ years of experience designing and building scalable enterprise
  
  

software.

• Management Experience: 7+ years of managing teams within a development
  
  

organization.

Skills & Languages

• Core Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required
• Agility: Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
