Job Description

A leading bank in Doha is seeking to appoint a Head of Digital.

The Head of Digital will lead the bank's overall digital strategy and drive transformation across retail and corporate digital channels. This role is responsible for strengthening digital platforms, improving customer experience, and ensuring secure, innovative, and scalable digital banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the bank's digital transformation roadmap and key digital initiatives.
  • Oversee mobile banking, online banking, and omnichannel platforms.
  • Drive digital onboarding, eKYC, automation, and process simplification.
  • Ensure digital solutions meet security, regulatory, and compliance standards.
  • Introduce modern technologies, including API integrations, AI-driven enhancements, and automation tools.
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Business Units to deliver impactful digital products.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate fintech partnerships.
  • Monitor digital KPIs, adoption rates, and platform performance.

Minimum Requirements

  • 1520 years of total experience, with strong banking industry exposure.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale digital programs in a financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of digital channels, cybersecurity basics, API/Integration frameworks, and customer experience design.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and large stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
