About Levntura

Levntura is a fast-growing cultural exchange and study-abroad company operating across multiple international markets. We work across both B2C (students) and B2B (universities, sponsors, partners) models and are building a scalable, performance-driven marketing function.

We are hiring a Head of Digital Marketing & Growth to own, lead, and scale our entire digital marketing operation.

This is a leadership role, not an execution-only position.

The Role

You will be fully responsible for Levntura's digital growth strategy, execution, team leadership, and performance. You are expected to define what needs to be done, not wait to be told.

You will work closely with top management and have direct impact on revenue, brand growth, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the entire digital marketing strategy (growth, performance, brand, and organic reach)
  • Lead and manage the marketing team (content, performance, creative, external resources)
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across:
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • TikTok
  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn
  • Snapchat
  • Own media buying strategy and performance outcomes (ROAS, CPL, CAC)
  • Drive organic growth through content strategy, community, and brand storytelling
  • Guide and oversee SEO strategy (direction, priorities, performance) in collaboration with SEO specialists not manual execution
  • Lead email marketing strategy (funnels, newsletters, automation, lifecycle campaigns)
  • Analyze data, report insights, and continuously optimize marketing performance
  • Build scalable marketing systems and processes, not just campaigns
  • Align marketing initiatives with business goals and international expansion plans
Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience leading or managing marketing / creative teams
  • Strong background in both B2B and B2C marketing
  • Hands-on expertise in:
  • Media Buying: Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Snapchat
  • Growth & performance marketing
  • Email marketing
  • Strong understanding of SEO strategy and performance measurement (guidance level)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Highly self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ownership mindset
