Job Description

We are actively looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to join our Marketing team at eXtra,

Core Responsibilities:

Lead eXtra's digital media strategy, planning, execution, and optimization across all paid and owned channels.

Manage end-to-end campaigns across Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, and Display platforms.

Oversee media agencies to ensure flawless execution, quality control, and brand consistency.

Drive continuous performance optimization through data analytics, audience insights, and creative testing.

Monitor and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.

Partner closely with Brand, CRM, and E-commerce teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.

Manage relationships with digital platforms and external partners to maximize ROI and efficiency.

Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, technologies, and media opportunities.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).

710 years of experience in digital media and performance marketing, ideally in retail or e-commerce.

Proven track record managing large-scale paid media campaigns and high-traffic e-commerce platforms.

Experience with GA4, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Programmatic DSPs.

Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.

Strategic, innovative, and confident in engaging with senior leadership.
