As the Head of Digital Transformation, you will own and lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across the organization and Aiwozo client engagements in the Middle East region. You will be responsible for defining transformation vision, driving adoption of AI, automation, cloud, and data-led platforms, and ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Define and execute enterprise-wide digital transformation strategy aligned to business goals
• Lead large-scale initiatives across Agentic AI, intelligent automation, cloud, and analytics
• Partner with CXOs and business leaders to identify high-impact transformation opportunities
• Drive adoption of digital platforms, agile delivery models, and modern operating frameworks
• Oversee digital architecture, data strategy, security, and transformation governance
• Own transformation KPIs, ROI measurement, and value realization frameworks
• Lead enterprise change management to ensure adoption and sustainable outcomes
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams

Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise automation, or technology-led change
• Strong expertise in digital strategy, enterprise architecture, and operating model transformation
• Hands-on understanding of AI/ML use cases, automation platforms, Agentic AI, and cloud ecosystems
• Proven experience delivering large, multi-stakeholder transformation programs
• Strong CXO-level communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills
• Deep familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and product-led delivery approaches
• Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions
• Strategic mindset with strong execution and leadership capabilities
