We are a premium dry fruits brand with a strong and established presence across India and international markets. For over 10 years, we have been successfully exporting to the UAE and international markets.

We are now entering a high-growth phase launching and scaling our retail and digital presence across UAE and the wider GCC region, starting with Dubai.

The Opportunity

This is not a conventional role.

We are looking for someone who can build, scale, and own our UAE business from a revenue standpoint across marketplaces, digital platforms, and retail expansion.

You will operate with high ownership, direct impact, and leadership visibility.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and scale revenue across Amazon UAE & Noon

* Lead full-funnel performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads)

* Build and executeInstagram & TikTok growth strategies (paid + organic)

* Drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and repeat sales

* Develop and execute UAE-specific go-to-market strategies

* Coordinate with modern trade / retail channels for expansion

* Take full ownership of monthly revenue targets, budgets, and ROI

Who We're Looking For

* Proven track record in UAE / GCC e-commerce & digital growth (MANDATORY)

* Experience managing significant ad budgets and scaling revenue

* Strong expertise in Amazon, Noon, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads ecosystems

* Deep understanding of UAE consumer behavior & market dynamics

* Highly target-driven with P&L ownership mindset

* Ability to operate as a growth leader, not just a manager

* Candidates outside UAE must be ready to relocate to Dubai

Compensation

* AED 20,000 per month (negotiable for exceptional candidates)

* Strong performance-linked incentives
