As we scale toward our long-term regional growth vision, we are looking for an ambitious and growth-driven Head of E-commerce to lead PECTIV's ecommerce growth and customer journey.
Role Description
This role will own ecommerce growth strategy, retention, offers, conversion optimization, and overall online commercial performance across UAE & KSA.
Responsibilities
- Manage ecommerce growth strategy and revenue targets
- Improve Shopify conversion rate and customer journey
- Build promotional and campaign calendar
- Manage retention strategy across Email, WhatsApp, and subscriptions
- Improve CAC, AOV, LTV, and repeat purchase rate
- Coordinate paid ads, creatives, CRM, and launches
- Build bundles, upsells, and offer strategy
- Analyze KPIs, cohorts, and business performance
- Manage growth reporting and weekly dashboards
- Coordinate freelancers/agencies and internal team
- Support expansion plans in KSA
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in ecommerce growth/performance
- Strong understanding of Shopify and DTC ecommerce
- Experience with Meta Ads, CRM, CRO, and retention
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking
- Experience managing growth KPIs and ecommerce funnels
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Startup mindset with ownership mentality
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or FMCG is a plus
