Role Overview

As Head of Ecosystem Partnerships, you'll be the external face of our partnerships and listing business. This isn't an internal execution role — it's a platform. You'll represent us on stage, in deals, and in the conversations that shape where the industry is going. We're looking for someone who already has a presence in the space and knows how to use it.

What you'll do

  • Lead external communications and relationship-building with blockchain projects, foundations, and ecosystem teams
  • Drive end-to-end partnership development, from outreach to deal execution
  • Evaluate and engage with projects across the spot listing pipeline
  • Represent the company at major industry conferences, panels, and media opportunities
  • Build and maintain visibility in the Web3 community — on social, on stage, and in rooms that matter
  • Collaborate with internal product and listing teams to align external messaging with business priorities

What we're looking for

  • Fluent English and international background — comfortable operating across cultures and time zones
  • Deep familiarity with Web3, L1/L2 ecosystems, token projects, and spot market products
  • Proven public speaking experience — panels, keynotes, or hosted sessions at events like Token2049, Consensus, or Breakpoint
  • An established personal brand in crypto — active presence on CT, recognized by peers in the space
  • Strong BD and sales instincts — you can open doors, build trust, and close
  • Prior experience in ecosystem or BD roles at a blockchain foundation, tier-1 fund, or major exchange is a strong plus
