Cross-functional collaboration
Spearhead the bulk sourcing of individual customers by using client relationships from the Corporate Banking and Business Banking, in line with the ONE Bank approach.
Manage key employer accounts and institutional sales by coordinating closely with Corporate Banking and Business Banking teams.
Ensure optimal coverage by guiding Branch, Employee banking Sales and Direct channels in sales fulfillment.
Sales and channel management
Oversee sales and service models for the payroll proposition, addressing both employee and employer needs.
Employer key account management (KAM) and institutional sales by coordinating closely with CBG and BB.
Channel capability & capacity development alongside channel mix evolution depending on the client behavior and market trends multi-channel strategy rollout
Develop channel capacity and a multi-channel strategy based on market trends and customer behavior.
Champion sales management digitization through tools like the SalesARM mobile app and LinkedIn for social selling.
Performance monitoring and compliance
Monitor and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) including:
Customer growth: Increased number of payroll companies and deeper product penetration within Corporate and Business banking customer bases.
Financial performance: Net new money and revenue from payroll clients.
Distribution: Allocation of Corporate and Business banking clients to relationship managers to ensure seamless service.
Sales effectiveness: Sales mix by channel and channel productivity.
Operational efficiency: Turnaround time (TAT) benchmarks.
Ensure full compliance by overseeing audit reports, compliance reviews etc
Job Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / post-graduate with preferred specialization in marketing, finance, banking or related discipline.
Around 15+ years retail banking experience.
5+ years of leading a Relationship Management/Segment team.
SalesRelationship Management experience a must.
