Position Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role for a The Head of Enterprise Systems & Data located in Jeddah ,
The Head of Enterprise Systems & Data (SAP) is a senior leadership role responsible for the stability, continuity, and strategic evolution of the company's ERP and enterprise data landscape.
This role holds full accountability for SAP S/4HANA, Success Factors, enterprise integrations, and data & analytics, with a mandate to stabilize the environment, ensure ERP continuity, and build a strong internal SAP practice.
The mission is to translate business strategy into a sustainable ERP and enterprise data architecture that supports scale, compliance, and long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead and govern the full SAP landscape including S/4HANA Retail, FI, MM/WM, HR, Success Factors, IFRS16, and LMS
Act as the single point of accountability for SAP vendors, contracts, SLAs, and roadmap execution
Ensure ERP stability, availability, security, and compliance across all business operations
Build, structure, and scale SAP functional, technical, BASIS, ABAP, and data teams to enterprise standards
Own enterprise integration architecture including POS/RMS, SAP CPI, APIs, and master data governance
Drive continuous improvement, controlled change management, and user adoption across the ERP landscape
Translate business strategy into a sustainable ERP and enterprise data architecture
Qualification & Experiences:
12+ years of experience in SAP and ERP enterprise environments including S/4HANA
Proven leadership of large SAP teams and multi-vendor delivery models
Strong techno-functional understanding across SAP modules, BASIS, ABAP, and integrations
Experience operating high-volume retail or complex transactional environments
Demonstrated success stabilizing ERP platforms and leading long-term transformation initiatives
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
Strong judgment and decision-making in complex, high-impact environments
Ability to build, mentor, and retain high-performing SAP practitioners
High ownership, accountability, and operational discipline
Professional Certifications : SAP S/4HANA certifications , PMP or PRINCE2 , ITIL and TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification.
