About the role
In this role, you will oversee and drive enterprise-wide transformation by designing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer experience across the bank. Lead process optimization and AI-driven automation to modernize operating models, unlock value, and ensure scalable, data-driven decision-making. Partner with senior stakeholders to embed sustainable change, strong governance, and measurable business outcomes in a highly regulated environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Define and lead the bank's enterprise transformation strategy aligned with business objectives and target operating model.
- Drive large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across retail, corporate banking, operations, risk, finance, compliance, and support functions.
- Develop and manage a transformation roadmap with clear KPIs, governance frameworks, milestones, and value realization tracking.
- Lead cross-functional teams/squads to ensure disciplined execution across multiple transformation workstreams.
- Identify process inefficiencies and redesign workflows using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Drive simplification, standardization, and optimization of end-to-end banking processes while fostering a culture of operational excellence.
- Lead enterprise adoption of intelligent automation and AI solutions, including RPA, workflow orchestration, generative AI, and predictive analytics.
- Partner with technology and data teams to deliver scalable, compliant AI-enabled capabilities and define governance and adoption frameworks.
- Deliver measurable productivity gains, cost efficiencies, and scalable operating models through data-driven performance frameworks.
- Optimize workforce utilization, service delivery, and capacity management while maintaining strong customer experience and compliance standards.
- Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment, lead change management, and ensure adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
- Establish robust governance, PMO standards, and delivery frameworks to ensure initiatives are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and risk requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Finance, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in banking, financial services, consulting, or enterprise transformation roles.
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs within banking or highly regulated industries.

What Should You Have:
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt/Master Black Belt), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and process transformation frameworks.
- Strong experience in implementing RPA, AI, and automation platforms with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities and a strong focus on performance metrics and ROI realization.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership across complex organizations.
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in cost optimization, productivity improvement, and benefits realization tracking.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale, global or regional transformation programs, delivering operational efficiency, automation adoption, and enhanced customer experience.
