Role Overview:
The HSE Head will lead and implement Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) strategies across airport infrastructure projects, ensuring full compliance with statutory, aviation, and international safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE policies, systems, and site safety plans
- Ensure compliance with statutory, aviation, and environmental regulations
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
- Lead safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
- Liaise with regulators, airport authorities, and project stakeholders
- Drive a strong safety culture across contractors and project teams
Qualifications & Experience:
- Engineering graduate / Diploma with HSE certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH preferred)
- 18 years of experience in large infrastructure or airport projects
- Strong exposure to construction, cargo terminals, or EPC environments
- Proven leadership in managing multi-contractor safety operations
