Job Scope
Drive overall commercial growth by closing and negotiating high-value events (e.g., park privatizations, gala dinners, meetings/conferences) and by developing new event packages aligned to market demand and pricing—while setting standards for CRM discipline, guest experience, and cross-park sales governance. (High-value event focus + package development is supported; broader leadership framing is suggested.)
Job Responsibilities
- Personally lead/close large-scale, high-revenue opportunities such as park privatizations and gala dinners; drive negotiation strategy and commercial approvals.
- Own high-value MICE-style business (meetings/conferences) and bespoke corporate solutions.
- Conduct site visits with potential clients across all assets; support sales team FAM trips/education of event spaces.
- Own and deliver against Annual Event Sales Budget and team targets; monitor pipeline and conversion.
- Define and launch new event packages and refine existing offerings to adapt to market demand, ensuring pricing remains competitive and margin-aware.
- Use CRM daily to track opportunities for each enquiry; ensure accurate opportunity creation and tracking across the team
- Provide senior stakeholder management across parks and functions to remove blockers and protect delivery standards (guest experience)
- Identify and act on upsell opportunities and follow up post-event for repeat business.
- Work closely with park operations and vendors to ensure client requirements are met to a high standard (handover readiness)
- Drive repeat business strategy: post-event follow-up standards, account growth planning, and missed opportunity learning loops.
- Work weekends when required.
