About the Role
We are building an institutional-grade brokerage regulated Cat 1 platform focused on execution quality, robust infrastructure, and disciplined risk management.
We're looking for a senior leader to take ownership of the following:
- Execution performance
- Liquidity architecture
- Trading infrastructure
- Risk frameworks (including gap & exposure risks)
This is a high-impact role shaping the core of our trading environment.
What You'll Own
*Execution & Performance
- Oversee trade execution quality across all products
- Monitor:
- Slippage (positive/negative)
- Fill ratios & rejection rates
- Execution latency
- Ensure best execution aligned with Securities and Commodities Authority
*Liquidity & Routing Strategy
- Manage relationships with liquidity providers
- Design and optimize routing logic using:
- oneZero Hub
- PrimeXM XCore
- Centroid CS360
- Monitor:
- Pricing quality
- Fill performance
- Execution consistency
*Trading Infrastructure (MT5)
- Own and manage MetaTrader 5 environment
- Configure:
- Execution settings
- Client groups, leverage, commissions
- Ensure stable connectivity and accurate trade routing
*Risk Frameworks & Exposure Control
- Design and manage:
- Margin frameworks
- Leverage structures
- Stop-out and liquidation settings
- Monitor and control:
- Gap risk
- Negative balance exposure
- Client and aggregate exposure
- Implement:
- Pre-event and pre-weekend controls
- Stress testing scenarios under extreme market conditions
*Flow Monitoring & Optimization
- Detect and manage:
- Latency arbitrage
- Toxic flow patterns
- Optimize execution through routing and infrastructure adjustments
*Post-Trade & Reconciliation
- Oversee:
- Daily reconciliation with counterparties
- Trade accuracy and reporting
- Ensure no mismatches or pricing discrepancies
*Performance & Commercial Optimization
- Manage:
- Spread and commission structures
- Balance:
- Competitiveness
- Cost efficiency
- Risk exposure
What We're Looking For
1. Experience
- 5–10+ years in FX/CFD brokerage
- Strong experience across:
- Execution and trading operations.
- Liquidity and bridge management.
- Trading infrastructure (MT4/MT5).
2. Technical Expertise
- Advanced knowledge of:
- Meta Trader 5.
- Hands-on experience with:
- one Zero Hub
- PrimeXM XCore
- Centroid CS360
Strong understanding of:
- FIX API
- Liquidity aggregation
- Order routing logic
3. Risk & Analytical Thinking
- Strong understanding of:
- Execution risk
- Counterparty risk
- Gap risk and client exposure
- Ability to:
- Design robust risk frameworks
- Analyse and respond to market stress scenarios
4. Leadership & Mindset
- Data-driven decision maker
- Strong ownership mentality
- Able to operate under pressure in volatile markets
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability

- You lack hands-on experience with liquidity and trading infrastructure
- You have only worked in limited operational roles without ownership
- You cannot explain execution dynamics and risk frameworks in depth
