Position Title: Head of Fashion Design (3 Vacancies)

About the Client:
A proud Retail group in Kuwait, well known within GCC for its growing portfolio of elegance and trends inwomen's fashion.
Job Description:
- Brainstorm with the Fashion Design team to select the seasonal themes, mood board and create new inspiration for the brand.
- Manage design process from conception through to final styling
- Prepare the collection with 30-50option based on agreed color palette, mood board and fabric.
- Supervise, coach, train the team, and provide support needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in fashion design or a related field preferred
- Proven expertise in designing high-end fashion collections, from concept development to final execution.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the fashion design industry, with a focus on export markets.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CAD and contemporary fashion brands.
