About noon

noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform, launched its marketplace in Saudi Arabia and the UAE on December 12, 2017, and expanded to Egypt in February 2019. We now serve millions of customers across the GCC.

Today, the noon ecosystem spans marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion.

noon is a work in progress - a few years in, and only 5% done.

Role Overview

The Head of Fashion will lead the full Fashion business end-to-end and transform noon into the region's leading destination for branded outlet and value fashion. The role spans strategy, supply, product experience, merchandising, and cross-functional execution across all fashion pillars.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fashion Strategy & P&L Ownership

Own the overall Fashion vision and deliver growth, margin, and sell-through objectives.

Build and execute the supply strategy across branded outlet, local marketplace, and cross-border value fashion.

2. Lead Branded Outlet Strategy

Build noon's off-price fashion engine and secure strong, predictable branded supply.

Drive SMUs, exclusive drops, and continuous newness.

Oversee buying, planning, and merchandising for the outlet business.

3. Scale Local Marketplace Fashion

Strengthen marketplace seller ecosystem in UAE & KSA.

Improve catalog hygiene, stock health, pricing, fulfillment, and seller performance.

Expand partnerships with major regional brands and groups.

4. Drive Cross-Border Fashion Growth

Partner with China and India teams to scale value-fashion assortment.

Ensure trend responsiveness, cost advantage, and fast time-to-market.

5. Own Fashion Product & Onsite Experience

Lead fashion UI/UX, PLP/PDP upgrades, content quality, search relevance, and personalization.

Improve discovery, conversion, and overall customer experience.

6. Anchor noon's Bi-Annual Fashion Events

Lead planning and execution of marquee fashion events.

Build a strong brand-led calendar with exclusive drops, SMUs, and trend edits.

7. Cross-Functional Leadership

Work with logistics, growth, marketing, finance, and product.

Improve SLAs, reduce returns, and strengthen operations.

Requirements

Strong experience in fashion retail/e-commerce (outlet/off-price/fast-fashion preferred).

Leadership across buying, planning, merchandising, or marketplace fashion.

Understanding of digital merchandising and onsite experience.

China/India sourcing exposure is a plus.

Highly execution-driven with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
