The Role
We are looking for a senior finance operator to own group-wide finance and accounting across Infinite Code and its related entities. This role is responsible for financial accuracy, cash control, and operational discipline, working closely with the founders and leadership team to ensure the company scales on a solid financial foundation.
This is not a purely advisory or reporting role. You will be hands-on, embedded in the business, and accountable for the financial truth of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end accounting and financial operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions
- Manage cash flow, burn rate, and runway forecasting with high accuracy
- Oversee bank accounts, payment providers, on/off-ramps, and card programs
- Reconcile fiat and digital asset balances, including stablecoins and blockchain-based flows
- Build and maintain consolidated financial statements and management reporting
- Design and enforce financial controls, approval workflows, and budget discipline
- Lead audit preparation and work directly with external auditors and advisors
- Partner closely with legal, operations, and leadership on financial and structural decisions
- Ensure financial readiness for partners, banks, and future fundraising
Ideal Background
- 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or financial operations
- Prior experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or technology-driven companies
- Strong understanding of multi-entity and cross-border accounting
- Comfortable working with both fiat banking systems and digital assets
- Experience in high-growth or fast-moving environments
