Head of Finance

Role Description: on-site role based in Sheraton. This role oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. The Head of Finance will prepare and review financial statements, monitor performance against budgets, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions. Daily responsibilities include managing the finance team, ensuring compliance with local regulations and accounting standards, and maintaining accurate records and controls. The role also involves partnering with senior leadership on growth initiatives, evaluating investments, optimizing costs, and supporting pricing and profitability analysis across product lines.

Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in Finance with demonstrated experience in leading financial operations and strategy.
• Expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting including Balance sheet data semi annual and annual sheets in line with applicable standards.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Hands-on experience in Budgeting, forecasting, and managing cash flow for a growing organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) are an advantage.
• Proficiency in financial software (Odoo ERP systems) and Excel, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or consumer goods is beneficial, especially within emerging markets.
• Ability to lead and develop a finance team, communicate clearly with non-financial stakeholders
