Job Requirements:
- At least 15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, particularly in environments with complexity and scale.

- Experience in leading finance transformation initiatives, including automation of finance processes and implementation of advanced financial systems.
- Strong expertise in financial risk management and capital markets, with the ability to assess and mitigate financial risks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term financial strategies that align with organizational goals and drive stakeholder value.
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, valuation methods, and budgeting processes.
