Job Summary: Looking for a Seasoned , Senior Executive Level Head of Finance to manage the full finance and accounting requirements of the Group's Packaging & Specialty Chemicals Business Units (manufacturing, distribution and sales) ensuring compliance with local and group accounting policies.
To provide commercial finance leadership within the businesses, working closely with the plant management, Cost Controllers and senior management of the group to ensure that the KPIs and operational performance targets are achieved.
Responsibilities: Ensure the smooth running of the core financial processes within the Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles.
Complete month end and group reporting activities within the required calendar.
Manage and conclude all statutory and fiduciary responsibilities to the required calendar.
Have ultimate ownership of the balances on the Balance Sheet and P&L, ensuring integrity of information at all times
Ensure smooth running of production processes from financial accounting point of view
Resolve issues with the operations team on cost issues and address process issues Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other stakeholders.
Generate and deliver optimal working capital strategy
Develop and monitor the debt collection process to minimize debtor days.
Review customer contracts and ensure compliance at operational level Ensure the smooth running of the core financial processes within the Order to cash and Record to Report cycles
Qualifications:
CA/ACCA/ACA / CPA / CMA or CFA with specialization in finance with a graduate degree.
Skills:
Strong leadership and managerial skills along with analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent time management, collaboration and organization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is Desirable Experience:
At least five years of experience of managing multiple factories within manufacturing operations independently
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
