Head of Finance – Executive Leadership

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership on business and financial strategy.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Drive revenue, EBITDA, margins, cash flow and working-capital performance.
• Lead financial modelling, scenario planning and strategic business cases.
• Manage financial performance across multiple entities, brands and locations.
• Evaluate CAPEX, investments, expansion opportunities and capital allocation.
• Support M&A, due diligence, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee treasury, liquidity, banking relationships and funding requirements.
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, risk, audit and tax compliance.
• Drive ERP, finance automation, analytics and digital transformation.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance function.
• Provide clear financial and commercial recommendations to the CEO, Board and shareholders.

Candidate Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Current/recent experience as Head of Finance, Finance Director, Financial Controller, Deputy CFO or equivalent.
• CA / ACCA / CPA – mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• Top-tier MBA / Executive MBA strongly preferred.
• Experience working directly with CEO, Board or shareholders.
• Strong multi-entity / multi-site / multi-brand P&L experience.
• UAE/GCC or international market exposure preferred.
• Experience with M&A, investment evaluation, restructuring or transformation is advantageous.
• Strong executive presence, commercial judgement and strategic thinking.
