A fast-growing, multi-subsidiary services group is seeking an accomplished Head of Finance to lead its financial operations and drive strategic decision-making. This senior role reports directly to the Director of Finance & Commercial and plays a key part in shaping long-term financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all core finance operations including AP, AR, payroll, GL, and monthly/annual reporting.
- Lead budgeting, cashflow management, rolling forecasts, and financial planning across multiple entities.
- Enhance financial processes, systems, internal controls, and efficiency.
- Develop long-term financial models (510 year outlook) and conduct scenario analysis.
- Deliver consolidated IFRS-compliant reporting and actionable insights to leadership.
- Ensure compliance, support audits, and identify financial risks with mitigation strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners (banks, auditors, advisors).
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (Master's/MBA preferred).
- CPA, ACCA, or CMA strongly preferred.
- 8+ years progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and ERP/financial systems.
- Proven track record in process improvement and driving operational excellence.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
