- 80% Operating Partners / 20% Venture Studio
- No capital investment required from the Equity Partner
- Equity and profit participation aligned to leadership and contribution
Venture Studio Provides:
- Funding for technology, systems, and infrastructure
- Brand development, website, CRM, and firm setup
- Marketing execution and lead generation
- Sales, onboarding, and operational management
- Ongoing growth strategy and performance oversight
The Head of Finance focuses on clients, advisory leadership, and firm credibility, while the Venture Studio enables scale.
Role Description:
You will oversee the development and execution of financial strategies, ensure accurate financial reporting, and monitor budgeting and forecasting processes. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, analyzing key performance metrics, and driving financial decisions to support company growth. You will also involve ensuring compliance with financial regulations and optimizing financial governance frameworks to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong skills in Budgeting and Financial Planning
- Exceptional Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of corporate Finance and financial regulations
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to oversee and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA or CFA designation is a plus)
- Experience working in growth-stage companies or fast-paced, complex financial environments is an advantage
