What You'll Be Doing

• Steer financial strategy across the group, supporting capital allocation, M&A, and growth projects
• Lead treasury and banking relationships, optimising credit lines, LCs, trade finance, and project funding
• Ensure robust financial reporting and compliance, overseeing group-level consolidation and risk controls across jurisdictions
• Evaluate and monitor investments, supporting execution, performance tracking, and exit strategies

What You'll Bring

• 15+ years experience in finance, including 8+ years in senior leadership
• Proven exposure to energy, banking, and diversified investment sectors
• Strong banking experience with direct responsibility for credit facilities, LCs, and project financing
• In-depth understanding of UAE regulations and European market operations
