Head Of Fitout - - Industry Management - Manufacturing - Azizi Developments

Role Overview :

The Head of Fitout is responsible for managing the manufacturing and execution operations of the fitout division, including joinery, modular works, interior finishing production, and installation coordination. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities

Develop strategic plans and operational objectives for the fit out manufacturing division.

Oversee factory production including joinery, carpentry, upholstery, and finishing works.

Manage project execution schedules in coordination with project management teams.

Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and material specifications.

Control project costs, budgeting, and financial performance.

Monitor quality assurance and inspection processes.

Coordinate procurement of materials and vendor management.

Ensure adherence to HSE standards and regulatory requirements.

Optimize production workflows and resource utilization.

Lead and manage production managers, engineers, supervisors, and skilled workers.

Oversee installation planning and site coordination where applicable.

Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and efficiency.

Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Functional Pre-Requisites Skills:

Strong knowledge of interior fit out manufacturing processes.

Experience in joinery and furniture production.

Ability to interpret architectural and shop drawings.

Project management and budgeting expertise.

Strong leadership and operations management skills.

Knowledge of quality standards and finishing techniques.

Familiarity with ERP and production planning systems

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management / Industrial Engineering

Experience:

Min: 1218 Years Minimum 8+ years in fit out manufacturing leadership role. GCC experience preferred. Industries Acceptable From: Interior Fit out / Joinery Manufacturing / Furniture Manufacturing / Construction
