Job Purpose:
Lead and oversee end-to-end maintenance and repair operations for a diverse fleet including taxis, VIP vehicles, buses, and motorbikes. The role ensures fleet safety, reliability, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance through strategic maintenance planning, strong team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Fleet Maintenance strategy aligned with organizational objectives
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, inspections, and accident repairs across the fleet
- Manage preventive maintenance programs and vehicle performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and manufacturer standards
- Optimize maintenance processes, inventory, and cost efficiency
- Lead, develop, and performance-manage maintenance teams
- Coordinate with Procurement and external vendors
- Support budgeting, planning, and reporting to senior leadership
Requirements:
- 10+ years of fleet maintenance experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience managing large, diverse vehicle fleets
- Strong people leadership and process improvement experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or related field
- UAE or GCC experience is a plus
- English fluency required, Arabic is a plus
