Head of Fundraising

Connectalents, the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is currently hiring a Head of Fundraising in Sheraton, Cairo for a humanitarian organization dedicated to empowering vulnerable communities through sustainable relief and development programs. Job Scope:

The Fundraising Section Head is responsible for leading and executing the organization's fundraising strategy to ensure sustainable growth of financial and in-kind resources. The role involves overseeing donor acquisition and retention, managing key partnerships, guiding the fundraising team, and developing innovative campaigns and initiatives aligned with the organization's mission and long-term objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, sponsorship development, or business development.
• 5+ years of total professional experience.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing fundraising functions.
• Strong strategic planning and leadership skills.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in proposal writing and presentation preparation.
• Strong research, budgeting, and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to set targets, monitor performance, and drive results.
• Training in fundraising, sales, or leadership is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
