The Head of Global Office is a senior executive leadership role responsible for overseeing the firm's global operations, managing international offices/functions, and ensuring alignment between global strategy and local execution. The role focuses on operational excellence, business growth, and organizational effectiveness across all global entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the operations of the global office(s) and ensure alignment with overall firm strategy.
- Develop and implement global operational frameworks, policies, and governance structures.
- Ensure consistency and quality of delivery across all regional and international offices.
- Work closely with executive leadership to drive global expansion strategies.
- Oversee performance management across global teams and ensure achievement of KPIs.
- Support business development initiatives in international markets.
- Manage cross-regional coordination between consulting, delivery, and support functions.
- Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management across global operations.
- Build and develop high-performing global teams and leadership capability.
- Act as a key liaison between headquarters and international offices.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field
- 12-18+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or senior leadership roles.
- Strong experience in managing multi-country or global operations.
- Background in consulting, professional services, or large-scale organizations is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in managing distributed teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and operational excellence capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of organizational governance and business expansion.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
