My client, a leading real estate company in Dubai, is looking for a highly creative Head of Graphic Design to lead their design team. This role is ideal for a visionary designer with a refined eye for detail, a deep understanding of visual communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
You will oversee all visual output representing the brand, from property brochures to social media graphics, pitch decks, and sale boards. The ideal candidate is both a designer and a leader, capable of executing beautiful design work while guiding a team toward consistency, creativity, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the graphic design team, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet the company's high standards
- Design and oversee creation of property brochures, social media graphics, pitch decks, sale boards, and marketing materials
- Ensure all brand assets align with the company's visual identity and design principles
- Provide clear feedback and guidance to designers to maintain consistency across all work
- Manage team tasks, deadlines, and priorities using Monday.com project tracker
- Communicate effectively with brokers, directors, and other departments to handle feedback and design requests
- Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the brand's visual identity
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Google Slides
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a creative team
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design across digital and print media
- Background in real estate, lifestyle, or agency design preferred
