We're hiring a Head of Group Communications & Brand Strategy (Dubai)
*This is not a traditional marketing role.
And it's definitely not about campaigns, vanity metrics, or logo policing.
This role is for someone who understands that brand today is built where AI, credibility, and decision-making intersect.

- You've led B2B brand & communications at a strategic level
- You're already thinking beyond SEO into AI-native marketing & LLM discoverability
- You can operate at CEO / board-adjacent level and still get things done
- You enjoy building systems, not just stories
- You're excited by complexity: groups, JVs, evolving brands, and scale
What you'll own:
- Group brand & positioning strategy
- External communications, PR, and leadership visibility
- AI-native content, discoverability, and performance-driven digital assets
- Events, partnerships, and market presence
- Internal communications and employer brand alignment
- A lean, high-impact marketing team + agencies
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reporting to: Group CEO
