Role Description The Head of Growth at Baya is a full-time role based in Dubai. This role leads the development and execution of growth strategies across digital and offline channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, designing and optimizing campaigns, managing performance metrics, and collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams to align initiatives. The Head of Growth will also oversee experimentation roadmaps, build strategic partnerships, and ensure consistent brand positioning while scaling Baya's presence in existing and new markets.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking, with a track record of designing and implementing data-driven growth strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in Customer Acquisition, including performance marketing, funnel optimization, and retention initiatives.
• Proven skills in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to build and manage partnerships and drive revenue growth.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, setting measurable goals, and managing budgets and KPIs.
• Comfort working with analytics tools and dashboards to make informed, evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience in consumer products, sustainability-focused brands, or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
