About Macrofit

Macrofit is a leading online fitness coaching company helping people across the GCC transform their bodies through personalized nutrition, training, and accountability. We have helped thousands of clients achieve significant weight loss and lifestyle transformations.

We are looking for a Head of Growth & Creative Strategy to build and lead our marketing growth engine. This person will own the strategy behind our paid and organic marketing efforts, turning customer insights into winning creative concepts, funnels, and campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that modern performance marketing is won through creative strategy, customer psychology, testing velocity, and data-driven iteration.

Role Overview

The Head of Growth & Creative Strategy will be responsible for answering:

  • Who are we targeting
  • What problems, desires, and emotions should we communicate
  • What ads, content, and funnels should we create
  • Why will people click, buy, and book a call
  • What should we test next based on data

You will own the full marketing growth loop:

Research → Strategy → Creative Concepts → Production → Launch → Analysis → Optimization

Key Responsibilities1. Growth Strategy & Marketing Direction
  • Develop Macrofit's overall growth strategy across paid ads, organic content, funnels, and campaigns.
  • Identify new customer segments, pain points, desires, objections, and buying triggers.
  • Build monthly and quarterly marketing plans.
  • Create a clear content and creative roadmap.
  • Develop strategies to improve CAC, conversion rates, and customer acquisition efficiency.

2. Creative Strategy & Testing
  • Develop high-performing creative concepts for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Create and maintain a creative testing framework.
  • Generate new angles, hooks, offers, narratives, and campaign concepts.
  • Understand why certain creatives win and create more variations of successful concepts.

  • Contrarian/opinion-based content
  • Problem/solution ads

3. Customer Research & Market Intelligence

Continuously gather insights from:

  • Sales calls
  • Customer interviews
  • Reviews
  • Comments
  • Social media discussions
  • Competitor advertising
  • Industry trends

Translate these insights into marketing opportunities.

4. Creative Brief Development

Create detailed briefs for the creative team.

Each brief should include:

  • Funnel destination

Work closely with:

  • Copywriters
  • Video editors
  • Designers
  • Content creators

5. Funnel & Conversion Optimization

Work with the funnel team to improve:

  • Landing pages
  • Quiz funnels
  • VSLs
  • Lead generation flows
  • Booking funnels
  • Retargeting journeys

Develop different funnels for different audiences and marketing angles.

6. Performance Analysis & Optimization

Work closely with paid media and analytics teams to analyze:

  • CAC
  • CPA
  • CTR
  • CPM
  • Hook rate

  • Lead quality
  • Call booking rate
  • Sales conversion rate
  • Revenue generated

Identify:

  • What is working
  • What is failing
  • What should be scaled
  • What should be stopped

7. Marketing Team Leadership

Manage and coordinate:

  • Copywriters
  • Creative producers
  • Video editors
  • Designers
  • Media buyers
  • Freelancers

Create a system where the team consistently produces and tests new marketing assets.

RequirementsMust Have
  • Proven experience in direct-response marketing.
  • Experience creating marketing campaigns that generate measurable revenue.
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms (especially Meta Ads).
  • Deep understanding of customer psychology and persuasion.
  • Ability to develop winning marketing angles and hooks.
  • Experience working with funnels and conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort making decisions based on data.

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking, with a track record of driving scalable user and revenue growth.
  • Strong Customer Acquisition skills, including experience with paid media, organic channels, funnels, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Proven background in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and close deals.
  • Experience leading creative strategy for digital brands, including messaging, content direction, and campaign ideation.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in health, fitness, or wellness markets is highly beneficial; familiarity with online coaching or subscription models is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
