Role Information

The Head of Digital Growth Squad leads a transversal community of Digital Solutions Sales Specialists

Leading, coaching, and inspiring the Digital Growth Squad to operate as a single high-performing team across countries.

Offerings include Digital Banking Suite, Digital Account Opening, Digital Lending, Digital Payments (e.g. Wero), Open Banking, along with the upcoming bank-specific AI solutions

Working on 6+ figure deals

Selling to C-level decision makers

Up to 150k base + Double OTE uncapped

Can be based in London, Paris, Brussels, or Dubai

Candidate Requirements

Senior experience in enterprise software sales, ideally within banking or fintech sectors.

Track record of overachieving targets

Consultative sell, managing multiple stakeholders

Exceptional in interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
