Growth Lead Lending Protocol & Stablecoin Issuance Europe (Remote)
Plexus are working with a lending and borrowing protocol, focusing on scaling on-chain finance and growing an ecosystem around their native stablecoin + governance token.
In operation since 2020, they are actively looking for a Growth Lead to lead partnerships, marketing and GTM services for the end user. Details as follows:
Responsibilities
- Lead from the front: own growth, marketing + GTM
- Collaborate directly with founder + cross-functional teams to deliver product narrative
- Manage marketing and content around events, networking and managing outreach for relevant product lines, token holders, end users + community participants
Requirements
- Must be from a DeFi-Native growth/marketing background, preferably within a DeFi protocol or stablecoin issuer
- Background in early-stage marketing strategies for high-growth start-ups in emerging tech fields
- Strong understanding of the Web3 narrative, onchain finance, DAO governance and stablecoin economy
