The Head of Growth owns Quebec's new business engine, leading the strategy, pipeline and team that convert Singapore's corporate MICE market into long-term Quebec accounts. They work in lockstep with Production and Client Servicing to ensure what Growth sells is what Quebec can deliver on brief, on time and on budget.

- Lead high-stakes negotiations, commercial discussions and sensitive client communications at the most senior level
- Drive account expansion within existing clients, identifying and converting opportunities to grow Quebec's footprint beyond the initial win
- Represent Quebec externally as a senior voice in the brand experience and events industry, building the relationships and reputation that generate inbound opportunity
Financial & Commercial Management
- Hold accountability for new business revenue and pipeline targets, owning forecasting, reporting and conversion metrics for the Growth pillar
- Lead budget forecasting and commercial planning for the growth function, identifying risk and opportunity ahead of time
- Set commercial strategy and pricing discipline for major pitches, and personally lead the highest-value client negotiations
- Review pipeline health and conversion performance on an ongoing basis, ensuring accurate forecasting and reconciliation against targets
Team Mentorship & Operations
- Build and develop Quebec's growth bench, mentoring Account Managers and Executives into future account and people leaders
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Creative, Strategy and Production to ensure pitches are grounded in deliverable, on-brand solutions
- Champion a strong understanding of Quebec's production capabilities across the Growth team, ensuring what is sold is what can be delivered
- Contribute to Quebec's operational improvement, translating lessons from won and lost pitches into standards and playbooks for the wider team

- Outstanding executive communication and pitch skills, with established credibility engaging C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Extensive experience in client relations, account growth and new business conversion
- Excellent attention to detail in proposal and commercial construction, balanced with strategic, market-level thinking
