We are not looking for a normal growth marketer.

We are looking for someone from the absolute top tier of social and media growth.

We expect that you have already helped build people or companies from zero to millions of followers.

We expect that you have already helped create and scale content that reached tens of millions or hundreds of millions of views.

We expect that you understand, at an elite level, how attention works across platforms, why certain formats win, how algorithms behave in practice, and how to build repeatable growth systems around that knowledge.

If your background is mainly agency work, moderate performance gains, dashboard reporting, or conventional growth management without real massive scale, this role is probably not for you.

What you will do

• Lead the growth strategy of Robot24.com
• Build and manage the growth team across platforms
• Identify which formats, hooks, channels, and mechanics are actually winning
• Turn performance data into clear growth decisions
• Work closely with content, editorial, and production leadership
• Build a repeatable growth machine across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Google Discover, and other relevant channels
