Position Overview
Responsible for the performance, profitability, streamlining and growth of all airline GSA and air-related commercial activities, including airline relationships, commercial negotiations, incentive maximization, and new airline acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver AED 79m+ airline and air-related revenue in 2026
- Own all airline principal relationships and commercial negotiations
- Maximise airline incentives, overrides, and tactical income
- Lead airline contract governance and compliance
- Identify and onboard new airline GSA mandates
- Drive air pricing strategy and margin protection
- Coordinate airline activity across sales, marketing, operations, and IT
- Build and lead a high-performing GSA and Air commercial team
