Our client, a leading private real estate developer in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Head of Hospitality Development to lead the planning and delivery of a portfolio of luxury hospitality projects across the Kingdom.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an individual with a strong architecture or design background, combined with extensive client-side development experience. You will be responsible for driving projects from concept and vision through design, planning, procurement, construction and operational handover, ensuring every development meets the highest international standards.

The portfolio includes luxury hotels, resorts, branded residences and mixed-use hospitality destinations in multiple regions of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of luxury hospitality projects from concept to completion.

• Manage the design process, ensuring architectural excellence, functionality and guest experience remain at the forefront of every project.

• Oversee feasibility studies, development strategy, budgets and programme delivery.

• Coordinate and manage leading international architects, interior designers, operators and specialist consultants.

• Work closely with hospitality operators to ensure brand standards and operational requirements are fully integrated into the design and development process.

• Provide leadership to internal development teams while managing key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Report to executive leadership on project performance, risks and strategic opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Architecture, Architectural Engineering or a related design discipline.

• Proven experience leading the development of luxury hospitality projects for a developer, owner or hospitality group.

• Strong understanding of hospitality planning, design management and development.

• Experience working with internationally recognised hotel brands and operators.

• Excellent stakeholder management, commercial awareness and leadership skills.

• Experience in the Middle East is advantageous, although outstanding international candidates are encouraged to apply.
