What This Role Is About

Our client, a leading food technology organisation, is looking for a Head of HR, based in Cairo, to lead the HR function and support the organisation's continued growth.

This role will be responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy, strengthening organisational capabilities, and ensuring HR priorities are aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership to support workforce planning, talent development, and organisational effectiveness.

You will also play a key role in building a strong people culture, developing HR capabilities, and supporting the organisation through its next phase of growth.

• 12+ years of HR experience, with significant leadership experience
• Strong experience within food tech, technology, or other fast-paced, high-growth organisations
• Proven experience leading an HR function and partnering with senior leadership
• Strong background in talent management, organisational development, and workforce planning
• Experience developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Strong understanding of employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
