Head of HR Strategy
Role Overview:
The Head of HR Strategy is responsible for developing and implementing the long-term HR strategic framework, aligning HR initiatives with the company's overall business strategy, and ensuring governance and compliance. This role drives HR transformation, fostering a data-driven, high-performing HR function to support the long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and oversee the 3-year Human Capital Strategic Plan aligned with business objectives
- Design and execute the Organisation Development (OD) Framework to optimize structure and workforce efficiency
- Lead workforce planning processes to anticipate and meet current and future talent needs
- Drive the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure HR transformation initiatives align with the company's growth strategy
Governance & Compliance
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with labor laws and international standards
- Conduct regular HR audits and diagnostics to identify and resolve gaps in policies and practices
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks across all HR processes and procedures
HR Advisory & Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CHRO and executive leadership team on strategic HR matters
- Build and lead the HR Strategy & Governance team, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership on HR transformation and operational excellence
Change Management
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new HR systems, processes, and frameworks
- Engage stakeholders to secure alignment and buy-in for HR transformation initiatives
Performance Monitoring
- Establish metrics to measure the impact of HR strategies and governance frameworks
- Analyze and report on workforce data to monitor progress, identify risks, and provide actionable insights

Requirements:
- KSA National (Mandatory)
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a senior HR role within the FMCG industry
- Subject matter expertise in Organisation Development
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and data analysis
