Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the full HR generalist function across the Middle East.
- Oversee employee lifecycle, talent management, and organisational development.
- Drive HR strategy aligned with global and regional business priorities.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure operational excellence.
- Develop and implement robust HR policies and frameworks.
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and change management.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and best-practice HR standards.
- Manage compensation, performance management, and annual HR cycles.
- Promote a culture of engagement, inclusion, and high performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Human Resources professional should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years proven experience within the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced multinational company environment .
- Extensive knowledge of local HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
- Proficiency in HR management systems and software tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving organisational success.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
